Stretch Film

Stretch Wrap, also known as pallet wrap is a simple process of wrapping boxes or items that have been accumulated on a pallet and then pulled tightly together by the force of the film wrapped around the boxes or items.

This is much like taking a rubber band and wrapping it around your finger. The more you stretch the rubber band the tighter it wraps around your finger and the bluer it gets. Edge Proctector

  1. Cost effective and eco-friendly edge protectors made of 100% Kraft paper.
  2. Prevents damage to edges and corners of packaged goods during handling, storage and transit.
  3. Benefits of usage include increased stacking strength, vertical protection and safe arrival of packaged goods.
  4. Wrap-around flexible Edge, protectors are highly suitable for edge protection of paper reels, flexible film rolls, aluminium sheet coils, laminates and other reeled goods.
  5. Supplied in different widths and thickness according to customers specifications.


VCI Film

Available in loose pieces in required cut sizes, Pouches, Roll Form and 3-D Covers.

VCI Films is available in the form of extruded Polyethylene with vapour corrosion inhibitors. Protective vapors disseminate from VCI Films within an enclosed space. The inhibiting process starts when the vapors contact the metal surface and condense to form a thin barrier of micro-crystals. In the presence of even minute traces of moisture, the crystals dissolve and develop strong ionic activity. VCl's have the property to migrate to distant metallic surfaces. This property of VCl's helps to protect metals without direct contact with metals. The extruded polyethylene in VCI Films leads to a Cushioning Effect which adds to protection of the components from shocks and Jerks during Transportation.

How is VCI Films advantageous to existing VCI paper and other films?

  • Good mechanical properties compared to paper.
  • Does not absorb moisture unlike paper.
  • VCI Films when used in various laminate structures can be more effective as the inhibitors are released from only one side unlike other VCI films where the inhibition is from both sides and half is wasted as product is packed ol1ly on one side.
  • Cushioning effect is achieved in. VCI Films due to the EPE which absorbs the shocks during transportation and safeguards the packed component.
  • VCI Films can be used for Packing & Protecting Iron, Copper, Silver, Brass etc..
  • Since there are no Nitrite components in Vapor inhibition VCI Films turns out to be Environment Friendly and Recyclable.
  • Up to 1750 mm. wide VCI Films + Woven Sack in roll form enables flexibility for packing the product.


EPE Tubes, Rods and Profiles

Most suitable for cold insulation applications. UV resistant grade also available.

PE Tube is available in:

  • 20 mm to 70 mm outer dia
  • Natural, black, other colours.


EPE Netting

Ideal for packing, delicate and fragile goods like bottles and handicrafts in addition to fruit packing.

Cross linked EPE

A high performance XL-EPE sheet for applications requiring high resilience, it

XL-EPE is available in a large number of grades with varying density, shore hardness and other mechanical properties. Sheet size is available from 600/ 1700 mm to 1200/ 2600 mm. Range of thickness of sheet/ bun is from 1 mm to 50 mm. Both EPE and XL-EPE can be thermoformed for various applications like caps, sports goods, liners, etc
